This incident is true. The other day I boiled a bowl of milk and left it on my kitchen platform to allow it to cool before putting it into the refrigerator. About an hour later when I returned to the bowl of milk I saw several red ants gloriously feasting on the border of cream at the surface. Annoyed, I just shook the vessel only to send some of them straight into the milk. Realizing my mistake, I took a spoon and edged it into the milk to let the ants climb up from the liquid.
