To be honest, I wanted to skip this column. I confess that we did not have a monthly meeting of our club as proposed!!
Wonder why????

The month of festival, the pooja and Deepavali celebrations made it very difficult for the members to stick to controlled eating.

So we have postponed the meeting by 2 weeks. We will have the next meeting on November 21th 2009.

Meena and Divya have already lost 3Kgs weight , Indu is down by 2Kgs. Harish Motwani has lost 3Kgs.

Shall bring you more updates soon, the second meeting of 'Fight Fat Club' will have the highlight on dietary fibers and there will be demonstration on simple ways of increasing fiber content in our food.
