Let us make simple realistic resolutions that we can stick to easily. For instance, waking up half an hour earlier, watching television for not more than an hour, spending more time with family, will yield rich benefits if adhered to for life. With simpler ones added year after year, bring a sea of change in yourself. Needless to say, we need not wait for a special occasion to get or stay healthy. You have a healthy mind in a healthy body!
