We introduce one of our Fight Fat Club members, Mr. B.Vivek, Dy .General Manager, Lifeline Hospital, Chennai, who weighed around 67 kg , two years ago.

His job was sedentary in nature, which bound him to the desk most of the time, clubbed with food from outside source, his body weight gradually escalated to 89kgs today. Nearly a weight gain of 10kg/year.

Now Vivek has joined the Fight Fat Club to shed his extra baggage and become his fit old self. He has made a few changes in his diet and has started exercising too!

Vivek recalls two years ago whenever Dr Rajkumar, spotted Vivek in the company of the patients undergoing , Bariatric Surgery (Fat surgery), would often remark , ' You will be like him shortly', which he refrains from commenting currently !

We wish Vivek the very best in his endeavor.We shall bring more updates about our other members as well. Also we shall track their progress.
