Gossip is one of the most indecent and vulgar indulgences that most of us are guilty of at some point of time in our lives!

Invariably gossips feature a mishap, a failure, a betrayal or a loss. Sometimes there aren't sufficient bad happenings to feed the insatiable orgy of hungry gossipers!

So to satisfy the same the gossipers invent or create some negative things about others and circulate it amidst themselves which is otherwise termed as Rumor!

Little do they realize that their act of spreading rumor can irreparably damage another's reputation or life. Once, Dhuriyodhana and Yudhistra were sent to study the people of Hastninapura. Yudhistra concluded his analysis saying that the subjects were all good and noble. Dhuriyodhana on the contrary said he could not find a single noble person!

The subjects studied were the same. If one can see only bad in others then it is indeed a reflexion of one's own character. There is so much bad in the Best of us! There is so much good in the Worst of us!

So let us pledge to see and speak only of the good in others!
