CLIPPING - A FOND RECALL

The Whipple surgery is a procedure in which the head of the pancreas, a portion of the bile duct, the gallbladder and the duodenum is removed. When there is a cancerous growth,Occasionally a portion of the stomach may also be removed. After removal of these structures the remaining pancreas, bile duct and the intestine is sutured back into the intestine to direct the gastrointestinal secretions back into the gut. This is a very complicated surgery that can be performed only by an experienced and skillfull surgeon.

I cherish recalling the surgery performed our team on a 43 year old Achagar, under the Kalaingnar Kappittu Thittam Insurance Cover.
