Dear readers, Saddle yourself with a 15Kg - 20Kg weight and carryout your daily chores. You will feel worn out, burdened and totally exhausted in a short while. You will find it difficult to work even at 40% of your usual efficiency. Then just imagine the burden of an over weight person who expends major portion of the energy in carrying the extra weight. Just as we have a responsibility to guide a smoker to quit smoking, a drunk to refrain from consuming alcohol, we are morally obliged to lead the over weight person to a better and healthy life style. We assume this responsibility and are forming a fight fat club on 13th Aug 2009, which is an effort to guide and monitor the fat persons to a much better health status.
