Do you know that an overweight or an obese person creates an unfavorable impression wherever they go?

The logic behind this is simple. If one is fat, it is because he or she is not eating in a controlled manner as well as is not exercising regularly or in other words they are indisciplined and lack in self control.

If this is the impression you leave on the onlooker, how can you convince them on anything???

Also it reflects an ‘I don’t care’ attitude in a fat person. For if they had cared about the condition, they would have definitely done something about it!!!!

So no more lame excuses saying, ‘I have tried everything but nothing seems to work’. One cannot get way saying the same for the other aspects like studies, work or an assignment. In these cases, if it doesn’t work, you will put in more effort or change the strategy to obtain the desired result.

Let us extend this to shedding the extra weight that we carry around and impact others around positively!!!
