I agree with William Pollard who says, "Without change, there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable".
I take to innovation and changes like fish to the water. I have a burning desire, to improve, enhance and change for the better. I cherish recalling the first Laparoscopic repair of intestine done on April 1998, on a six year child Harita.
It makes me bow with gratitude to my lord for having made it possible again after a decade to repeat it, with the distinction of being the first to perform the Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery (SILS) in the city.
